The Diana development consists of twenty-two units located in the suburban area of Lynnwood. The site's irregular triangular shape and orientation led to a stepped design at a 45-degree angle, maximizing northern exposure for the units. This approach helped break up the building's mass, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into the low-density suburban surroundings.
